Mónica Nombela

My extensive experience, with over thirty years of professional practice in both litigation and out-of-court matters, defines me as a versatile lawyer. I am passionate about mediation and teach it. And, if mediation doesn’t work, we can always resort to litigation, for which I am well-prepared.

In the field of Industrial and Intellectual Property, apart from having intervened in various procedures regarding trademarks and plant varieties, I have focused especially on copyright, given that I am also a writer and understand the needs of literary authors and artists in general.

As a corporate lawyer, I provide advice on corporate law, as well as on shareholder agreements, family protocols, and generational succession in the company.

I like to listen to the client and make them feel supported in their decision-making, as well as practice preventive advice.

About me

Writing has been my passion since I was a child. I believe that both reading and writing help you organize your thoughts when putting them into words, and my love of literature has undoubtedly been a great help in my professional life.

Aside from my novel “A contratiempo” and my poetry collection “Viaje al infinito,” I am currently writing a second novel, which will be published at the end of 2026. I have also been a newspaper columnist since 2010 and currently write for ESdiario. I collaborate with the Alicante Provincial Journalists Association, as well as various other professional organizations.

In 2015 I created the women’s discussion group “Mesa y Mantel”.

Mónica is a Practising Lawyer at the Alicante Bar Association. Certified Mediator.
